Geomagic Studio 10 provides the industries’ easiest and most intuitive interface to generate NURBS models from scan data. With advanced curvature detection, Geomagic Studio allows for the simple construction of complex NURBS surfaces that fit the tolerance to the scan data. With advanced macro capabilities, Studio 10 facilitates advanced automation.
The software implements an intuitive auto surfacing feature which automatically fits NURBS surfaces directly to scan data, and while also allowing for optimization. Geomagic Studio is also ideal for emerging applications such as mass production of customized devices, build-to-order manufacturing, and automatic re-creation of legacy parts.
Geomagic Studio 10 features an optional surfacing module called Geomagic Fashion that automatically extracts design intent from scanned physical objects. It also includes an enhanced graphical user interface, streamlined feature framework, multisensor metrology support, and a customizable architecture.
