CDWinder is a media cataloging tool for the Windows platform. CDWinder creates catalog files of almost everything that spins - CD-ROMs, hard disks, floppies, ZIPs, … - and offers these catalogs offline for browsing and powerful search operations.
CDWinder is essentially the ‘CDFinder for Windows’, while CDFinder - for those of you who may not know - is one of the best media cataloguing tools for the Apple Macintosh. Together they form a cross-platform media cataloging system and thus one of the few of its kind.
